Lucas leads the PSL team and driving seaweed innovation since 2012. Focused on strategic product development and committed to building New Zealand’s seaweed sector into a world-class industry.

Joe is passionate about the development of the seaweed industry within New Zealand and contributes over 45 years of seafood industry involvement, executive leadership and business management expertise to the Premium Seas team.
Juliet Linzmeier
Product Innovation &
Development Lead
Juliet supports product innovation at Premium Seas, helping transform seaweed science into commercial opportunities. With a Master’s in macroalgal biotechnology, she brings a blend of research expertise and strategic thinking to developing premium seaweed products.
Lloyd Preston
CFO
Lloyd is an experienced accounting practitioner, member of CAANZ and contributes his expertise to Premium Seas corporate leadership, strategic planning and project implementation. He is passionate about agriculture, sustainability and the development of renewable products that benefit the earth, humanity, plants and animals.
